Greg “Got Property” Gerber is a Listing Manager for greendot properties. Highly motivated, ethical and professional, GP welcomes working with local developers and modern architecture. With over 50 transactions and 20 million in Real Estate sales, GP’s expertise will be the difference between a “Real Estate Agent” and a proven Real Estate marketer, entrepreneur, financier and specialist.

GP attended the University of New Mexico where he studied Architecture and Business. He is also a graduate of Carnegie Mellon & Katz Graduate School of Business. Greg is active in Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, Desert Business Association and many local charities & downtown business initiatives. He has been an Aspen-certified ski instructor for 20 years. He lives in the Desert with his wife, Michelle, who owns Salon 119.

Rex Meredith, Realtor

Rex Meredith is a Listing Manager for greendot properties. Rex has roots in the entertainment industry as a stand up comedian. In order to spend more time with his family he decided his love for the Desert and its unique designs was the perfect segue into the world of Real Estate. He began by representing a number of new home builders around the Valley, and after selling more than 120 new homes has settled into Residential Real Estate. Rex also has extensive experience in Business Sales, as well as Vacant Land Sales.
